Floor Plans
Ensuring your space is properly laid out is vital for ultimate functionality, comfort, and aesthetics. Whether you are interested in a room renovation, or the reworking of your home furniture - having the proper lay out will meet your needs and lifestyle.  
Furniture & Accessories
Your home should be a representation of you, whether you’re into loud, bold colors and statement pieces; or quiet, subdued and tranquil pieces, or a mixture of both. I will help you create a cohesive decorating scheme that translates across furniture, artwork, and decorative pieces that tell the story of you. 
​Materials, Colors, Finishes
While materials, colors and finishes are often the most exciting changes to be made in the home - these choices tend to be the most stressful. I will help you as we explore options for your home and provide input to help you focus on "getting it right".   
 Organization
As a certified Preferred Organizer Member, I have found this goes hand-in-hand with interior design. If your space is unorganized, I can help you purge, sort and set up systems as part of the interior design process. Additional fees apply.  

Hourly Rate

I understand you may want to mix things up in your home without spending a lot of time or money.  Whether it’s an afternoon shopping for the perfect piece to add the "wow" factor, redesigning a bookcase that is lacking style, or getting help for an area you don’t love in your home - no job is too small! Whether you have a project requiring half a day, a full day, a couple days, or a week - I am here to help!

Interior Design

Room Décor & Furniture Package

Indoor/Outdoor Decorating 
Enhancing the aesthetics and functionality of your home through room renovations, changing of finishes, flooring, and paint color can make all the difference to ensure your home is meeting your needs and desired lifestyle. I will work with you to make sure your ideas are cohesive in style and well-thought-out before you hire tradesmen to make it all come together.
 



In this package, you will receive:
 
1. Initial consultation where we discuss the project, talk about personal design preference, and establish a design budget.
 
2. Second meeting to present proposed design scheme and feedback session.
  • 2 Mood Boards - to ensure desired outcome and mood for room/space is understood
  •  2 Floor Plans - room layout  
  • Material Sample Box - Proposed samples to explore. Including paint, flooring, textiles, whatever else may be relevant to your project.
  3. Final Presentation
  • 1 Sample Board - list for flooring, paint color selection, furniture, textiles, artwork, and accessories
  •  Chart outlining selection details, pricing, and supplier information

Whether you are looking to freshen up a space, a new homeowner/apartment renter wanting to make your home uniquely you, wanting to ensure that your home is cohesive in style, or wanting help in giving a room a finishing touch, decorating is a sure way to put your personality into your space. After agreeing on a budget and hearing your personal requests, I will pull together a “décor concept” to match your vision. We will work together to ensure that your vision is captured.
 
In this package, you will receive:
 
1. Initial consultation to create your brief by discussing your personal style,   changes you would like to make, and establish a décor budget.  

2. Second meeting to present décor design and confirm style direction.
  • 1 Mood Board - to ensure desired outcome and mood for room/space is understood
3. Final meeting to present final design.
  • 1 Sample Board -  selections for paint color selection, furniture, textiles, artwork, and accessories
  • Chart outlining selection details, pricing and supplier information
 
​Creating a place to rest and rejuvenate outside does wonders for your well-being. If you are wanting to give your porch, patio, or deck that special touch with furniture and décor, I can help. We will create your outside space to match the needs and desires of your lifestyle.
